We invite you to experience the joy of Guinea-inspired Dances of the Full Moon

in a supportive and fun environment.

 

Drawing on the presence of the moon in the night sky as a symbol of

femininity, fertility and human nocturnal gathering, 

‘Dances of the Full Moon’ invites you to embrace and embody

the full illumination of the Moon, to celebrate intentions and

growth achieved at the peak of the moon cycle, 

remove your selkie skin and dance.

 

Together we will forge the bara (circle) of community,

harness this time of heightened lunar energetic pull; of Sun, Earth and Moon alignment;

and hold space for the expression of surfacing emotions through dance to leave you feeling

inspired, rejuvenated and connected to community.

At moon rise Heather will share some movements from Guinea's many full moon dances.

You are welcome to participate, learn, or simply to watch and enjoy being in the light of Rona's beauty.
